PA66 GF30

PA66 GF30 is a 30 % glass fibre-reinforced PA 66. It demonstrates outstanding mechanical properties such as higher strength, rigidity, creep strength and dimensional stability PA66 GF30 offers excellent friction and wear performances. This is very special grade for automotive, electrical and industrial applications.

Filament Specifications:

• 1.75mm +/- 0.05mm in diameter

Recommended Print Settings:

• Extruder Temps:  265 – 275°C
• Bed Temps:  125 – 130°C
• Bed Prep:  Rough Borosilicate Glass with PVP gluestick, or High temp carbon fiber sheet plus PVP glue stick, we also recommend the Vision Miner Nano Polymer
• Nozzle: We strongly recommend a 0.4mm orifice or larger using one of our Carbide nozzles
• Drying Instructions:   Please dry @100-105°C for 12-24 hours, for the first dry its recommended to dry for atleast 24 hours before using, the drying time can be lowered using a vaccum oven, and also storing the filament in a degassing chamber when not in use.
• Enclosure temp (if your printer is equipped):  50 – 80°C
